Prakritish Sen Eshore is a Principal Member of Technical Staff at Endor Labs, with over 21 years of industry experience, including over 10 years of experience in project and people management. He is skilled in building, nurturing, and mentoring global development teams and has experience in CI/CD and infrastructure management, including CI tools such as Jenkins and Drone, declarative pipelines for Jenkins, and infrastructure as code (IAC) for idempotent build environments. He has also containerized build and UT environments using Docker images, implemented artifact management using Nexus and jFrog Artifactory, and managed Dev environments using Packer and Ansible. Prakritish is technically hands-on and has delivered several successful projects developed using Python, Perl, and RoR, including multi-cloud PaaS solutions, infrastructure as code to quickly deploy test beds for Dev and QA teams, lab resource management, reservation, and monitoring systems, regression test scheduling, profile management, and reporting, and automation tools agnostic framework for UI automation. He has experience in configuration management, virtualization, DevOps, and infrastructure monitoring tools such as Nagios, M/Monit, and OpenNMS. Currently, Prakritish is a Senior Manager at Netskope, where he manages engineering productivity/developers' experience team, responsible for continuous integration and continuous delivery of Netskope packages/images. He introduced Jenkins declarative pipelines and Drone for CI, reduced build time by 70%, rearchitected the CI infrastructure, and introduced parallelization of build stages wherever possible. He introduced IaC philosophy to build infrastructure, implemented elastic build nodes, and increased build capacity using GCP, Openstack, and Docker containers.
